1 、DESCRIPTION

This product uses infrared receiving technology and environmental compensation algorithms to measure human body temperature or object temperature, while using distance sensors to compensate for temperature, achieving more accurate measurement. When in use, simply align the detection window with the measurement position to quickly and accurately measure the temperature of the human body or object.

This product has the characteristics of wide measurement range, high accuracy, convenient use, easy installation, and high cost-effectiveness.

Suitable for infrared thermometers, temperature gates, facial recognition temperature measurement all-in-one machines, turnstiles, robots, area monitoring, and high-precision non-contact temperature measurement equipment.

Power supply voltage: DC5V ± 10%; Measurement range: 32 ℃~42.9 ℃;

Response time: < 1 second; Working temperature: 15 ℃~35 ℃;

Measurement distance: 5-50CM; Output method: Serial output TTL (Uart);

Measurement accuracy: 20~50cm with an error of ± 0.3 ℃

  • 1. Default baud rate 115200, check bit N, data bit 8, stop bit 1;

  • 1、Temperature calculation (the three temperature calculation methods are the same)

  • Shift the high temperature byte to the right by 8 bits (or multiply the high temperature byte by 256)+the low temperature byte, and then divide by 100 to obtain the result in degrees Celsius (℃)

  • 2. Distance calculation

  • Shift the distance from the high byte by 8 bits to the right (or multiply the distance from the high byte by 256)+distance from the low byte; The obtained result is in millimeters (mm)

  • 1. Before formal testing, it is best to power on and stabilize for 5 minutes;

  • 2. Stay away from heat sources;

  • 3. Used indoors, avoiding direct sunlight;

  • 4. Prevent the probe from being compressed, covered with dust, and there should be no obstructions on the probe;
