The intelligent temperature and humidity collector adopts internationally advanced temperature and humidity sensitive components to transmit temperature and humidity parameters; The temperature and humidity measurement and control platform is equipped with a built-in microprocessor and intelligent design, which can work independently and facilitate networking. It can also monitor and manage the work of various temperature and humidity controllers, instruct corresponding institutions, and achieve environmental temperature and humidity detection and control. At the same time, the communication function of the control platform allows it to receive management and control from the upper computer and computer as a lower computer, The central network of the overall measurement and control system can be accessed through communication methods such as power line carrier or telephone line (wireless).

1) Temperature and humidity collector (signal acquisition):

Used for measuring environmental temperature and humidity, using temperature sensitive resistors and polymer humidity sensitive capacitors for high-precision temperature and humidity measurement, intelligent design, and automatic calibration of temperature and humidity standards.

2) Controller:

Accept instructions from the temperature and humidity measurement and control platform, and control the start and stop of the execution mechanism;

3) Executing agency:

Equipment used to achieve heating, cooling, humidification, dehumidification and other functions, such as heaters, refrigerators, humidifiers, humidifiers, etc;

4) Monitoring platform:

It is an important component of the real-time temperature and humidity monitoring system, and is the hub for connecting temperature and humidity measurement and signal acquisition devices with computer management and control centers (upper computers). On the one hand, the alarm setting parameters are transmitted to the measuring head, and the temperature and humidity values and switch variables of each point are obtained. On the other hand, the temperature and humidity values, status, and switch variables are uploaded to the computer management and control center. The inspection and control instrument provides a crystal display to display the time, channel number, temperature, humidity, and ventilation and dehumidification status. The measurement and control platform is provided with real-time time by hardware, and the clock circuit contains a backup battery with a power-off protection function. The system time not only provides display, but is also used for printing, making it convenient to query data at various points. The number of channel numbers depends on how many measurement heads the measurement and control platform can support at most. The temperature display depends on the testing range, with a three digit humidity display ranging from 1RH% to 99RH% and a resolution of 0.5RH%. The system status includes ventilation, forced ventilation, dehumidification, forced dehumidification, malfunction, locking, and query. It can continuously set temperature and humidity control values, automatically monitor the operation of the temperature and humidity measurement and control device according to the set instructions, and control the operation of the entire system. At the same time, it can communicate with the computer management control center (upper computer) through the communication module and network, and receive work instructions from the computer management control center (upper computer). 5) Communication (link) module:

Connect the computer management control center (upper computer) to the measurement and control platform, and integrate the monitoring platform into the overall calculation of the control management center system.

1. Multiple monitoring platforms can be remotely displayed and detected in real-time: when the selected measurement and control platform is clicked, the computer will display and detect the temperature, relative humidity, absolute humidity, automatic ventilation and dehumidification status, forced ventilation and dehumidification status, and automatic control set values of each temperature and humidity collector on the platform in real-time and in table and curve form. Special colors will be displayed for values that exceed the standard.

2. Historical data from various measurement and control platforms can be stored, analyzed, and processed accordingly. The juicer management control center stores daily data from each temperature and humidity measurement and signal collector on various measurement and control platforms. Every time the software is started, it will automatically read historical data from the measurement and control system and calculate it.
