    6、Application Information

    1、working conditions

    To ensure the normal and stable operation of the sensor performance, it is recommended to use a temperature range of -10 ℃ -60 ℃. Exceeding the recommended range may cause temporary drift in the measurement results. This product is not sensitive to light, but prolonged exposure to sunlight or ultraviolet radiation can also accelerate aging.

    2、Storage conditions and recovery

    For environmentally sensitive electronic components, careful protection is required. Long term exposure to high concentrations of chemical vapor can cause drift in sensor measurements. Therefore, it is recommended to store the sensor in its original packaging and meet the storage conditions: temperature range of 10 ℃ -50 ℃. During production and transportation, it is important to ensure that sensors are kept away from high concentrations of chemical solvents. Avoid using volatile glue, adhesive tape, self-adhesive stickers, or volatile packaging materials, such as foamed plastic bags, foamed plastics, etc.

     

    7、Specification

    1、Use and personal injury

    Do not use this product on safety protection devices or emergency stop devices, as well as in any application where failure of this product may cause personal injury; Before using this product, please carefully read the content in this manual;

  • 2. Prohibit use near flammable gases

    Prohibit use in places with flammable and explosive gases;

    3、Do not directly touch the sensor

    To prevent contamination of the moisture sensitive film and avoid direct finger contact with the surface of the components; Sweat can contaminate the moisture sensitive film and cause performance drift. When in contact with sensors, please wear anti-static finger covers;

    4、Avoiding chemical reactions

  • Avoid using in environments containing the following gases: salt, sulfur dioxide, halogen gases, ammonia, alcohol, ethylene glycol ether, aldehydes, etc.
