This product is a resistive polymer humidity sensor (SJ-HR006), which is coated with a functional polymer film on a ceramic substrate with conductive electrodes, forming a sensitive component with logarithmic impedance changes with relative humidity. The conductivity mechanism is that the presence of water molecules affects the migration rate of conductive ions inside the polymer film.
This product has stable and reliable performance, good product consistency, and is convenient for large-scale production. This product has the characteristics of high precision, high reliability, good waterproof and water resistance, strong adaptability to high and low humidity, low drift, and fast response.

1. At a temperature of 25 ℃ (± 1 ℃), measure the frequency of 1KHZ, and set the working voltage to 1VAC (sine wave);
2. The testing equipment is an AC bridge (LCR) (note: DC power sources such as multimeters cannot be used);
3. Adopting a constant humidity generation device: a constant temperature and humidity box.

Standard testing conditions:
In the atmosphere, with a temperature of 25 ℃, a measured frequency of 1kHz, and a measured voltage of 1V AC (sine wave) as the reference. Characteristic testing: Before testing, place the humidity sensor in dry air at 25 ℃/30% RH for 30 minutes. The humidity generator will generate a humidity of 60% RH. After placing the humidity sensor for 30 minutes, measure the impedance value.
Testing device: LCR bridge (TH2810), constant humidity box, handheld ROTRONIC/VAISALA high-precision temperature and humidity meter (± 1% RH).

Note: 1 The standard value is the impedance of the humidity sensitive resistor measured in an environment of (25 ℃, 60% RH);
2. After each reliability test, place the sensor in air at room temperature and humidity for 24 hours, and then measure the humidity deviation corresponding to the impedance change
1. The sensor without a shell is placed flat in a blister box, and one layer of blister box contains 100 sensors;
2. Stack the blister boxes together, and place an empty blister box on the top instead of the cover to prevent the sensor from falling off;
3. Vacuum packaging/single-sided adhesive winding fixed vacuum box, placed in a paper box;
4. Choose different sizes of cardboard boxes for packaging based on the order quantity;
5. Sensors with shells are packaged in bags.
1. Avoid finger contact with the surface of the component, as sweat can contaminate the moisture sensitive film and cause performance drift; Please wear finger cots when contacting sensors;
When detecting the impedance of a humidity sensitive resistor, never input a DC voltage;
3. Do not let the product work in an environment with condensation for a long time, and do not let the product come into contact with water for a long time;
4. Avoid direct use in the following environments: salt spray, corrosive gases: strong acids (sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid), strong bases, organic solvents (alcohol, acetone, etc.)
5. Please use a soldering iron to manually weld the humidity sensor, with a temperature not exceeding 350 degrees Celsius and a welding time not exceeding 3 seconds.
The maximum temperature of the shell only supports 60 ℃.
Do not use this product on safety protection devices or emergency stop devices, as well as in any application where the malfunction of this product may cause personal injury; Before using this product, please carefully read the contents of this manual.
