    This product is a resistance type polymer humidity sensor (SJL16ASW) with high humidity resistance, fast response speed, small humidity hysteresis, stable and reliable performance, good consistency and interchangeability. The testing equipment is an AC bridge (LCR) (note: ordinary multimeter resistance range testing cannot be used); 6.3. Adopting a constant humidity generating device: a constant humidity alternating current box.

    8、 Reliability testing

    Standard test conditions: ambient temperature of 25 ℃, measurement frequency of 1kHz, measurement voltage of 1V/AC (sine wave) as the reference.

    Characteristic testing, before testing, place the humidity sensor in dry air at 25 ℃/30% RH for 30 minutes, and the humidity generating device will activate

    Measure the impedance value after placing the humidity sensor at 60% RH for 30 minutes.

    Testing device: LCR bridge (TH2810), constant temperature and humidity experimental box, handheld ROTRONIC high-precision temperature and humidity meter (± 1% RH)

    10.1、The sensor without a shell is placed flat in a blister box, and one layer of blister box contains 50 sensors;

    10.2、20 layers of blister boxes stacked together, with an empty blister box placed on top instead of the lid to prevent the sensor from falling off; 10.3. Wrap and fix with single-sided adhesive and place it in a paper box; Paper box size (mm): L190 * W150 * H55, with a total of 1000 sensors; 

  • 10.4、Choose different sizes of cardboard boxes for packaging based on the order quantity;

    10.5、Sensors with shells are packaged in bags;

  • Avoid using in environments containing the following gases: salt, sulfur dioxide, halogen gases, ammonia, alcohol, ethylene glycol ether, aldehydes, etc; work environment

  • Suggest using a temperature range of -10 ℃ -60 ℃ and a humidity range of 0-100% RH. Exceeding the recommended range may cause temporary drift in the measurement results; This product is not sensitive to light, but prolonged exposure to sunlight or ultraviolet radiation can also accelerate aging;
