  • The working principle of a micro pressure differential transmitter is that the pressure of the medium directly acts on the diaphragm of the sensor, causing the diaphragm to produce a micro displacement proportional to the pressure of the medium, causing a change in the resistance of the sensor.   • 1、Product Introduction

    The working principle of a micro pressure differential transmitter is that the pressure of the medium directly acts on the diaphragm of the sensor, causing the diaphragm to produce a micro displacement proportional to the pressure of the medium, causing a change in the resistance of the sensor. This change is detected by electronic circuits, and a standard signal corresponding to this pressure is converted and output.

    This product uses imported integrated chips, with wide voltage power supply, strong anti-interference ability, reverse connection protection, high accuracy, good stability, and can be manually corrected to zero.

    Micro pressure differential transmitter obtains the pressure difference between air and non corrosive gases, suitable for various industrial self-control environmental fields such as HVAC, dust-free and clean workshops, pipeline air supply, boiler negative pressure, oven pressurization, ventilation equipment, fan control, variable air volume systems, etc.

    8、Operating mode

    The sensor obtains the pressure difference through a silicon piezoresistive element, which forms a linear 4-20mA/0-5V/0-10V/RS485 temperature compensation output signal through the sensed deviation value。

     

    9、machine design

    The micro differential pressure transmitter consists of the following components:

    1. Sensor housing fixing bracket, cable entry, movable buckle with safety screws for pressing

    2. Force measurement using silicon piezoresistive elements

    3. Printed circuit board with wiring terminals and DIP switch for selecting measurement range (see debugging precautions)

    4. Zero adjustment button (see debugging precautions)

    Adjustable measurement range: pressure range and direction, adjustable through a toggle switch

    Zero point adjustment: clearing and calibration

    Open the panel and press the zero adjustment button briefly (within 1 second) to reset it.

    (Please manually reset while parallel to the installation method; please manually reset while the positive and negative air intakes are connected.)

    13、Installation method

     

  • First, use a ruler on the back to mark the installation hole position on the wall, drill a 30mm deep Ø 6mm wall hole to place the expansion pipe, then open the micro pressure differential transmitter buckle and flip over the cover

  • Cover and tighten the self tapping screw (ST3.5 × 25) Fix the micro pressure differential transmitter to the designated position on the wall through the fixing hole, connect the incoming and outgoing wires through the waterproof joint, and finally cover it with a cover.

  • Attention:

  • No air duct connection device is provided during supply;

  • Please carefully read the manual and follow the wiring diagram for operation. If the product is damaged due to wiring reasons, it cannot be guaranteed.
